Abstract:

Ali En-Nisârî is the 1111/1699) in the second half of the 17th century, after receiving knowledge in the various medreses of the central and eastern Anatolian geography, he returned to Kayseri and there was an Ottoman tachra alimi who had made many years of mutilation. As a result of some political disputes, Abdurrahman, from the sons of Ali en-Nisari, who was dismissed from the duty of mutilation he carried out for many years, took a manzum to tell his father's life. Thus, we have the knowledge of the life of the wicked, the knowledge of the life of the wicked. We also know that he works not only with fiction, but especially with philosophical sciences, and that he writes works. In the words of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Aser, the son of Ali en-Nisârî (Mehmed) 1119/1708) - who made the Kayseri Mufti as his father - was created by gathering the fetvals he gave during his father's Mufti. If the work is arranged according to the classical fıkıh systematism, then mâ yeteʿallaku b'l-hadis, mâ yeteʿalluku b'esma'illah, mâ yeteʿallaku b'l-vahyi and l'l-muʿcizât, mâ yeteʿallaku b'emri's-sultânî are the headlines of the work.
