Abstract:

In the Islamic thought, the topics such as painting, music, sculpture have been discussed from time to time. One of the scientific disciplines that will determine the view of Islam in all these matters is undoubtedly the Islamic law. These discussions, especially on the subject of music, suggest that the Islamic allies present different opinions on this. The main reasons for the poor to judge in this way are the side elements that accompany music, not just music. The voice of the woman accompanied by music, nakedness, drinking, malayani behaviors, rebellion and removal from remembering God, etc. Causes are considered to be elements that support the negative view of music. However, the failure to evaluate human nature as needed from time to time can also be one of the reasons for negative approach. The fact that music is a phytological and sociological phenomenon makes it a useful tool, while its impact on society and especially youth makes it a dangerous weapon. According to global music reports, the music industry runs about $25 billion; in the unlimited and digitalized era, it is also done through indirect or direct propaganda and relatively prestige, and the difficulty to say new things about this current issue from the perspective of Islamic law thinking is evident by itself.
