Abstract:

Supply chain management is an important circle of supply chain management, and the choice of suppliers is one of the strategic decisions that make. The purpose of this study is to make the choice of suppliers between alternatives, taking into account the supplier criteria suitable for the business, in an uncertainty environment, based on the information obtained from the interviews with the decision makers in a food enterprise, by the foolish TOPSIS method, which is one of the foolish CCCV methods. The foolish TOPSIS method is based on the principle that the ideal solution is away from the foolish positive ideal solution and the foolish negative ideal solution. In the implementation of the method, three decision makers first determine the importance of the six decision criteria to be taken into account in the selection of suppliers, and then, according to these criteria, they evaluate the four alternative suppliers with linguistic variables. These assessments are then converted into triangular foolish numbers and by applying the steps of the foolish TOPSIS method, a preferential ranking is created according to the proximity ratio calculated for alternatives. Thus, it is shown that using the foolish TOPSIS method, which is a scientific and easy-to-apply method that offers many advantages to, it is possible to make group decisions in foolish environments for the choice of suppliers.
