Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational culture of teachers working in professional high schools and the organizational perceptions of learning. The study used the Shahin (2011) Organizational Culture Scale as a data collection tool and the Learning Organizational Profile Scale (ÖÖPÖ) adapted to Turkey by Shahin, Çakır and Öztürk (2014). Analysis of the data obtained from two scales in the study calculated the arithmetic average and standard deviation points of the organization culture and learning organization scales for the first sub-problem. For the second subproblem, the correlation analysis technique has been used to determine the relationship between the organizational and organizational culture perceptions that teachers learn. The study found that teachers’ organizational culture perceptions were at the “High” level, while learning organizational perceptions at the “Middle” level. The study found that teachers’ organizational culture (in all dimensions) and organizational perceptions (in all dimensions) are in a positive direction a ‘mediate’ level relationship.
