ÖZEL SAĞLIK KURULUŞUNDA ÇALIŞANLARIN ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK DÜZEYLERİNİN ÇEŞİTLİ DEĞİŞKENLER BAĞLAMINDA İNCELENMESİ: SAMSUN İLİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, özel sağlık kuruluşlarında çalışanların örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerinin ortaya konularak bunun görev yapılan sağlık kuruluşu, mesleki deneyim süresi, kurumdaki çalışma süresi, birimdeki çalışma süresi, cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum ve eğitim düzeyi ile anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturup oluşturmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Betimsel tarama modeli niteliğinde olan bu çalışmanın ana kütlesi Samsun ili özel hastaneleridir. Çalışma Samsun ilindeki tüm özel sağlık kuruluşuna uygulanmış olup bu hastane sayısı 6 dır. Örneklemi ise basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 60 sağlık çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Anket içerisinde çalışanların kişisel özelliklerini belirlemek için demografik bilgi formu ile Meyer ve Allen tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Anket uygulaması sonucunda elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS 26.00 programı tercih edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, mesleki deneyim, cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim düzeyi, medeni durum, mevcut birimdeki çalışma süresi, kurumdaki çalışma süresine göre örgütsel bağlılık düzeyi ve alt boyutlarının karşılaştırılmasında 0,05 düzeyinde anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Buna karşın görev yapılan sağlık kuruluşuna göre örgütsel bağlılık düzeyinin anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ayrıca, kurumdaki çalışma süresi ile normatif bağlılık arasında, görev yapılan sağlık kuruluşu ile duygusal ve normatif bağlılık arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to reveal the level of organizational commitment of employees in private health institutions and to reveal whether it makes a significant difference in the health institution in which it is responsible, the duration of professional experience, the duration of work in the institution, the duration of work in the unit, gender, age, civil status and education level. The main mass of this study, which is in the character of the visual scan model, is the private hospitals of Samsun. The study was applied to all private health institutions in the province of Samsun and this number of hospitals is 6. The sample consists of 60 health workers selected by a simple random sample method. The research method was applied to the survey as a data collection tool. The survey used the Organizational Responsibility Scale developed by Meyer and Allen with a demographic form of information to determine the personal characteristics of employees. For the analysis of the data obtained by the survey application, the SPSS 26.00 program was preferred. The study found that there was no significant difference in the comparison of professional experience, gender, age, level of education, civil status, time of work in the current unit, level of organizational commitment and subdimensions according to the time of work in the institution. However, according to the health agency, the level of organizational commitment has been significantly differentiated. The study also found that there was a significant difference between the duration of work in the institution and the normative commitment, between the health institution in charge and the emotional and normative commitment.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the organizational commitment levels of the employees in private health institutions and to reveal whether this creates a significant difference in terms of the health institution, professional experience duration, duration of work in the institution, working time in the unit, gender, age, marital status, and education level. The main body of this study, which is a descriptive screening model, is Samsun province private hospitals. The study was applied to all private health institutions in Samsun province and this number of hospitals is 6. The sample consists of 60 healthcare professionals selected by simple random sampling method. The survey method was used as a data collection tool. The demographic information form and the Organizational Commitment Scale developed by Meyer and Allen were used. SPSS 26.00 (Statistical package for social sciences) program was chosen for the analysis of the data obtained through the survey application. As a result of the research, it was determined that there was no significant difference at the level of 0.05 in the comparison of the organizational commitment level and sub-dimensions according to professional experience, gender, age, education level, marital status, working time in the current unit, and working time in the institution. On the other hand, it has been determined that the organizational commitment level significantly differentiates according to the health institution served. In the research, It was determined that there is a significant difference between the duration of work in the institution and the normative commitment and between the healthcare provider served and emotional and normative commitment.
