Çocukların kendilerine tanınan haklarını bilmeleri ve bunları kullanmaları gerekir. Bu hakların onlara okulöncesi yıllardan itibaren kazandırılması önem taşımaktadır. Çocuk haklarını öğretme işi başta aileler olmak üzere daha çok öğretmenlere düşmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokul öğretmenlerinin çocuk haklarına yönelik görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaca uygun olarak araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim yöntemiyle desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2021–2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ordu Fatsa İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı merkez ilkokullarda görev yapan 16 ilkokul öğretmeni oluşmaktadır. Öğretmenlerden 7 tanesi erkek 9 tanesi kadın öğretmendir. Bu öğretmenlerin belirlenmesinde amaçlı örneklem tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu oluşturan öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem gibi farklı özelliklerde olmalarına özen gösterilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilmiş yarı yapılandırılmış açık uçlu görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formunda, öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerine ve çocuk haklarına ilişkin görüşlerine yönelik sorulara yer verilmiştir. Veri toplamaya başlamadan önce etik kurul izni alınmıştır (25.03.2022/195). Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz tekniği ile çözümlenerek birtakım bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen araştırma bulgularına göre, öğretmenler çocuğu 18 yaşından küçük birey olarak tanımlamaktadırlar. Çocuk haklarının kapsamında ilk sırada eğitim ve korunma hakkına yer vermektedirler. Çocuk hakları eğitimin gerekli olduğunu ve bunun aile başta olmak üzere okulda ve toplumun her kesimine verilmesi gerektiğini belirtmektedirler. Öğretmenler, çocuk hakları eğitiminin kazandırılmasında bazı yöntemlere dikkat çekmişlerdir. Rehberlik servisinin eğitimleri ve belirli gün ve haftalarda farkındalık oluşturulması bu yöntemlerin başında gelmektedir. Öğretmenler bu eğitimin nasıl verilmesigerektiğine ilişkin olarak ailelerin eğitim almalarını, bu eğitime küçük yaşlardan başlanılmasını ve toplumun tüm kesiminin böyle bir eğitim almasını belirtmişlerdir.
The children must know and use their rights. These rights are granted to them from the years before school. The teaching of the rights of the children is primarily for the teachers, including the families. The aim of this study is to reveal the views of primary school teachers on the rights of children. In accordance with this purpose, the research is designed by the method of the quality of the research. The study’s work group consists of 16 primary school teachers who work in the central primary schools associated with the Army Fatsa Provincial National Education Directorate in the 2021-2022 educational year. Seven of the teachers are men and nine are women. This technique is used to identify the teachers. The teachers who make up the work group are careful to be in different characteristics such as gender, age, age. A semi-configured open end conversation form developed by researchers as a data collection tool has been used. The interview form included questions on the demographic characteristics of teachers and their opinions on the rights of children. The ethical board has been granted permission before starting to collect data (25.03.2022/195). The obtained data was analyzed through the visual analysis technique to a number of findings. Research finds that teachers identify the child as a person under the age of 18. The right to education and protection of children is the right to education and protection. The rights of the child indicate that education is necessary and that it should be given to every part of the school and society, including the family. Teachers have attracted attention to some methods in the provision of child rights education. The training of the guidance service and the creation of awareness in certain days and weeks comes at the beginning of these methods. Teachers have pointed out that families should receive education about how this education should not be given, that this education should be started from the early age and that the whole section of society should receive such education.
