Abstract:

This study aims to analyze the cultural, historical and foreign policy trends of the new conservatives, which form the strongest wing of the U.S. policy. In general, the U.S. foreign policy is regarded as an unobserved whole of the differences between political parties. The realistic international tradition, based on the assumption that the states are an integrated and consistent actor, has led to the determining form of this analysis. But in the 1990s, the international paradigm, which highlighted identity and social differences, has since the 2000s led to a highlight of political differences in foreign policy trends between Democrats and Republicans in the United States. In this framework, we need to look closely at the new right-wing policy that has penetrated the ideological background of the U.S. foreign policy on the regional and global level.
