2011 yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığının Eğitim Bilişim Ağı olarak adlandırdığı, öğrencilerin gelişimlerine, düzey farklılıklarına ve öğrenme stillerine yönelik katkıda bulunmak amacıyla e- içeriklerin yer aldığı, sosyal bir öğrenme ağı olan çevrim içi bir eğitim platformu geliştirilmiştir. Genel anlamda EBA çeşitli, bol ve eğitici-öğretici içerikler sunmak, eğitimde bilişim teknolojilerinin uygulanmasına yardımcı olmak, öğretmen ve öğrencilerin ders içeriklerine yönelik ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak, öğrenilen bilginin aynı zamanda yeniden yapılandırılmasını ve bilgiden bilgi üretebilmeyi sağlamak, değişik öğrenme yöntemlerine hitap ederek öğrencilere destek olmayı ve teknolojiyi daha çok bir araç olarak kullanmayı amaçlayarak geliştirilmiştir (MEB, 2016). Yapılan bu çalışma eğitim bilişim ağı portalının öğrenci başarısı üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek için planlanmış ve Fen bilimleri derslerinde 6. sınıf öğrencilerinin “Güneş sistemi ve tutulmalar” ünitesinin konularının işlenmesinde eğitim bilişim ağını kullanmanın öğrenci başarısını nasıl etkilediğini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, yarı deneysel desen modeli kullanılarak çalışma uygulanmıştır. Yapılan çalışma, Bitlis ilinin Tatvan ilçesindeki bir okulun 6. sınıfında okuyan 60 (deney grubu:30; kontrol grubu:30) öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. İki grubun da öğretimden önceki karne notları kıyaslanmış olup başarı seviyelerinin aynı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada, eğitim bilişim ağı platformu tercih edilerek konu anlatılan öğrenciler ile 2018 fen bilimleri ders müfredatına yönelik konuların anlatıldığı öğrencilerin müfredat konusu ile ilgili başrı testi puanları arasında anlamlı olarak bir farklılığın olup olmadığı tespit edilmiş, verilerin istatistiksel sonuçları SPSS 23.0 paket programına göre değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre, deney grubu öğrencilerinin eğitim bilişim ağında müfredat konusuna yönelik içerikler sunulduktan sonra kontrol grubu öğrencilerine göre başarı testi puanlarının daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar göre, eğitim ortamlarında eğitim bilişim ağı’ kullanan öğrencilerin kullanmayan öğrencilere göre “Güneş sistemi ve Tutulmalar” ünitesindeki akademik başarı testi üzerinde olumlu yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
In 2011 the Ministry of Education called the Education Information Network, a online education platform, a social learning network, which includes e-content, was developed in order to contribute to the development of students, levels differences and learning styles. In general, the EBA has been developed with the aim of providing a variety of, abundant and educational-learning content, helping the application of computer technologies in education, meeting the needs of teachers and students towards the course content, ensuring that the learned knowledge is also re-structured and capable of producing information from knowledge, addressing different learning methods, supporting students and using technology as a more tool (MEB, 2016). This study was planned to determine the impact of the information network portal on student success and was carried out with the aim of determining how the use of the information network in the processing of the subjects of the "Solar System and Earthquakes" unit of 6th grade students in the Science courses influenced the student success. For this purpose, the study was implemented using a semi-experimental pattern model. The study was applied to 60 students studying in the 6th grade of a school in the Tatvan district of Bitlis (experimental group: 30; control group: 30). The two groups were also compared with the matters before the teaching and found that the levels of success were the same. The study found that there is a significant difference between the topics discussed by the educational information network platform and the topics discussed by the 2018 science curriculum of the students with the topics discussed by the curriculum subject, the statistical results of the data were evaluated according to the SPSS 23.0 package program. According to the results obtained in the study, the test score was higher than the test score of the control group’s students after the study group’s students were presented content on the subject of the curriculum in the educational information network. According to the results obtained, students using the educational information network in educational environments have been determined to have a positive impact on the academic success test in the "Solar System and Earthquakes" unit, compared to students who do not use the information network.
