Abstract:

Aile işletmeleri ve inovasyon yönetimi konusu özellikle son dönemin en güncel konularından biridir.  Dünyanın diğer birçok ülkesinde de olduğu gibi ülkemizde de aile işletmeleri akademisyenler açısından çok sayıda araştırmaya konu edilmiştir. Aile işletmelerinde yönetim biçimleri, kadınların aile işletmeleri içindeki rolü, aile işletmelerinde çalışan aile üyelerinin yalnızlığı ve sessizliği gibi birçok konu aile işletmeleri incelemelerinin araştırma alanları arasında yer almıştır.  İçinde bulunduğumuz küresel ortam sürekli ve hızlı bir değişim içindedir. Bu ortam özellikle ciddi bir bilgi yönetim sisteminin kullanımını gerektirmektedir. Dolayısıyla büyük veriyi yönetebilme becerisine sahip olan işletmeler rekabet koşullarına da uyum sağlayabilecek, hatta değişimi yönlendirebilecek güce sahip olabileceklerdir. Verinin ve bilgi kaynaklarının yönetimi değişime ayak uydurabilmenin yanı sıra müşterilerden gelen ihtiyaç ve istekler doğrultusunda stratejilerin geliştirilebilmesine de imkan sağlayabilecektir. Bilhassa bu çerçevede inovasyon yönetimi işletmeler açısından hayati bir önem taşımaktadır.  Güçlü işletmeler oluşturdukları rekabet stratejilerini inovasyon temelinde inşa edebilme becerisine sahip işletmelerdir.  Öte yandan akademik yazında inovasyon ve dijitalleşmenin aile işletmelerindeki önemine ilişkin çok çeşitli çalışmalar olmasına rağmen pazarlama bakış açısıyla konunun değerlendirilmediği görülmüştür. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada; öncelikle aile işletmelerinin inovasyon ve dijitalleşme vasıtasıyla, günümüz rekabet koşulları içinde diğer kurumsal işletmeler ile rekabet edebilecek güce sahip olup olmadıklarını ortaya koyabilmek ve diğer yandan inavasyon ve dijitalleşmenin pazarlama açısından öneminin ortaya konabilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçevede çalışmanın alan yazındaki eksiklikleri gidermesi yönünden önemli olabileceği değerlendirilmiştir.

The theme of family business and innovation management is one of the most up-to-date topics in recent times.  As in many other countries of the world, family business in our country has been subjected to a lot of research from the point of view of academics. The forms of management in family enterprises, the role of women in family enterprises, the loneliness and silence of family members working in family enterprises have been among the research fields of family enterprises studies.  The global environment in which we are is constantly and rapidly changing. This environment requires the use of a serious information management system. Thus, with the ability to manage big data will also be able to adapt to competitive conditions, and even have the power to guide change. The management of data and information resources will be able to adapt to the change and will also be able to develop strategies in accordance with the needs and demands of customers. In this context, innovation management is of vital importance for.  Strong are with the ability to build their competitive strategies on the basis of innovation.  On the other hand, in the academic summer there have been many studies on the importance of innovation and digitalization in family, although it has not been assessed from a marketing point of view. The aim of this study is, therefore, first and foremost, to identify whether, through innovation and digitalization, family are able to compete with other enterprise in today’s competitive conditions, and, on the other hand, to identify the importance of innovation and digitalization in terms of marketing. In this context, it is estimated that the work may be important in order to fix the shortcomings in the field.

The subject of family businesses and innovation management is one of the most current issues of the last period. As in many other countries of the world, family businesses in our country have been the subject of many researches in terms of academicians. Many subjects such as management styles in family businesses, the role of women in family businesses, the loneliness and silence of family members working in family businesses have been among the research areas of family business studies. The global environment we live in is in constant and rapid change. This environment requires the use of a particularly serious information management system. Therefore, businesses that have the ability to manage big data will be able to adapt to competitive conditions and even have the power to direct change. The management of data and information resources will enable the development of strategies in line with the needs and requests of customers, as well as keeping up with the change. Especially in this context, innovation management is of vital importance for businesses. Strong businesses are businesses that have the ability to build their competitive strategies on the basis of innovation. On the other hand there are various studies in the academic literature on the importance of innovation and digitalization in family businesses, it has been seen that the subject has not been evaluated from a marketing perspective. Therefore, in this study; First of all, it is aimed to reveal whether family businesses have the power to compete with other corporate businesses in today's competitive conditions through innovation and digitalization, and on the other hand, to reveal the importance of innovation and digitalization in terms of marketing. In this context, it has been evaluated that the study may be important in terms of eliminating the deficiencies in the literature.
