Abstract:

The population and iscan structure throughout Anadolu, for many internal and external reasons, provides an unstable appearance until the establishment of the Republic of Turkey. This is the case for the general Anatolia, especially for the Bozok sanctuary. The unstable structure of the Sanca continued from the early years of the Roman and Byzantine periods as well as the beginning of the Turkish sovereignty until the end of the Ottoman State. However, the lack of detailed information about the Ottoman era before us is not very possible for the lighting of this era. But since the region passed to the Ottoman rule, records containing population, population and economic statistics have begun to be kept. The first of these books, published in 1529, was renewed under various names in 1542, 1576, 1642, 1831 and 1844. In this regard, if the open aspects of the books are to be left on the side for now, there are resources available to make detection and evaluation of the population, population and economic structure of the region for a time range of about 300-350 years. This study will focus on the population and iscan structure of the region in the time period from 1529 to 1831, and will discuss the causes and consequences of the conversions between living and settlement. Many of these discussions, in the Bozok sanctuary, give an opportunity to make a series of assessments on the population and the structure of the island throughout Anadolu.
