Abstract:

This study aims to explore the relationship between the organizational happiness of pre-school teachers and work satisfaction and organizational commitments. Relational scan model was used in the research. The examples of the study are made up of 112 pre-school teachers working in the MEB-related state schools in the Giresun Provincial Center. The study used the work satisfaction scale, the organizational happiness scale and the organizational commitment scale. In the analysis of data, visual statistical methods have been used, correlation and regression analysis has been done. Furthermore, verifying factors for scales have been analyzed. The dual correlations between the variables have been studied to study whether there is a multiple connection problem between the variables, and it has been found that the relationships have no high values enough to create a multiple connection problem. The study found that there was a positive relationship between teachers’ work satisfaction and organizational happiness, that teachers’ work satisfaction positively influenced their organizational happiness, and that there was a positive relationship between teachers’ organizational happiness and organizational commitment.
