Arap şiirinin en eski temalarından biri olan mersiye, ilk dönemlerde klasik kasidenin bir bölümü iken tarihsel süreçte müstakil bir tür haline gelmiş ve kendi içerisinde bölümlere ayrılmıştır. Müstakil bir tür haline gelen mersiye şiirlerinin geçmişten günümüze kadar genel özelliklerini koruduğu ve konu bakımından çeşitlendiği söylenebilir. Bu makalede mersiye şirinin geçen dönemde oluşumu, gelişimi ve değişimi ele alınmıştır.
One of the oldest subjects of Arab poetry, the mercy, in the early periods, was a part of the classical cassette, and became a species in the historical process and divided into sections within itself. It can be said that the poems that have become a particular type of mercy preserve their general characteristics from the past to the present and are varied in terms of subject matter. In this article we discussed the formation, development and change of the mercy in the past period.
