GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Bu çalışmanın amacı ev tipi beyazlatma ile birlikte veya yalnız olarak kullanılan beyazlatıcı ağız çalkalama solüsyonunun etkinliğinin nano hibrit kompozit üzerindeki etkilerini değerlendirmektir. YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Bu çalışmada, nanohibrit kompozit rezin kullanılarak 30 adet (n=10) örnek hazırlandı. Örneklerin başlangıç renk değerleri ölçüldükten sonra 12 gün kahvede bekletilerek renklendirildi. Daha sonra örneklerin renk ve pürüzlülükleri ölçüldü ve rastgele olarak 3 gruba ayrıldı: 1. Grup da beyazlatıcı ağız çalkalama solüsyonu, 2. Grup da ev tipi beyazlatma, 3. Grup da iki teknik birlikte kullanıldı. Daha sonra tekrar yüzey pürüzlülük ve renk ölçümleri yapıldı. Renk değerlerinin istatistiksel analizinde Tek yönlü ANOVA ve Tamhanes’s T testi, pürüzlülük değerlerinin istatistiksel analizinde Kruskal Wallis ve Wilcoxon testi kullanıldı (p<0,05). BULGULAR: Beyazlatma sonrasında tüm gruplarda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde beyazlatma ve yüzey pürüzlülüğü meydana gelmiştir. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of the efficacy of the whitening oral scratch solution used together or alone with home-type whitening on the nano hybrid composite. Method and Requirements: In this study, 30 samples (n=10) were prepared using nanohydrate composite resin. The initial color values of the samples were measured and colored by waiting in the coffee for 12 days. The color and smoothness of the samples were then measured and randomly divided into 3 groups: 1. The group is also a whitening mouth swelling solution, 2. The group is home type white, 3. The two techniques were used together. Then again the surface smoothness and color measurements were made. In the statistical analysis of color values, the one-way ANOVA and Tamhanes's T test were used in the statistical analysis of smoothness values, the Kruskal Wallis and Wilcoxon test (p<0,05). FUNCTIONS: After whitening, statistically significant levels of whitening and surface smoothness occurred in all groups. The change in the ΔE and smoothness values of the groups is as follows: whitening mouth whitening solution< home-type whitening< whitening mouth whitening solution+ home-type whitening. PROTECTION and RESULT: The use of the whitening mouth scratch solution together with the home-type whitening agent has provided a more effective whitening in colored composite resins. As the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the whitening products used in the study increased, the whitening and smoothness values occurring on the surface of the composite resin also increased.
