In this research, it is aimed to determine the impact of emotional intelligence levels of hotel employees on organizational silence behaviors. For this aim, first of all, a theoretical framework related to the variables of emotional intelligence and organizational silence was drawn. The sample of the research consists of workers of hotel businesses operating in Antalya in 2019. Regression analysis method was used in the study. At the end of the study, it was concluded that some relationships between emotional intelligence dimensions and organizational silence dimensions were significant and positive or negative, while others were not significant. In this context, Inverse relationships were obtained between the use of emotions from emotional intelligence dimensions, the levels of regulation of emotions and the acceptance of silence. In addition, inverse relationships were obtained between the use of emotions and defensive silence levels. However, positive relations were obtained between prosocial silence, which means that tourism employees prefer silence for the benefit of the organization, and only the dimension of evaluating the emotions of others, one of the dimensions of emotional intelligence.
