GÜREŞCİ VE FUTBOLCULARIN DİZ EKLEMİ FLEKSİYON VE EKSTANSİYON KAS KUVVETLERİNİN İZOKİNETİK DİNAMOMETREDE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract:

Bu kesitsel araştırmada, güreşçi ve futbolcuların hamstring ve quadriseps kas gruplarının 60o/s ve 180o/s açısal hızlardaki izokinetik kuvvetlerinin ölçülmesi sonucunda diz izokinetik zirve tork (PT) değerlerindeki farklılıkların belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmaya 20 güreşçi, 20 futbolcu ve 20 kontrol grubu (toplam 60 gönüllü) alındı. Sporcu olan deneklerin haftada 5 gün spor yapmaları ve en az 5 yıl aktif sporcu olmaları şart arandı. Deneklerin diz fleksiyon/ekstansiyon kas kuvvetleri 60o/s ve 180o/s açısal hızlarda ölçülerek, verilerinin değerlendirilmesi SPSS istatistik paket programında yapıldı. İzokinetik kuvvetlerinin karşılaştırılmasında tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve Tukey çoklu karşılaştırma testi kullanıldı. Dominant ve dominant olmayan ekstremitelerinin ekstansör (Q) 60o/s açısal hız PT değerlerinde güreşçiler ile kontrol grupları arasında güreşçiler lehine istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir farklılık gözlendi (p<0.01). 180o/s açısal hızda, hem güreşçiler ile kontrol grupları ve hem de futbolcular ile kontrol grupları arasında istatistiki olarak ileri derecede anlamlı farklılık olduğu görüldü (p<0.01). 60o/s ve 180o/s açısal hızlarda, dominant ekstremite ekstansör (Q) zirve tork/vücut ağırlığı (PT/VA) değerlerine göre, güreşçilerin ve futbolcuların değerlerinin kontrol grubunun değerlerinden yüksek olduğu gözlendi (p<0.01). Araştırmaya katılan sporcuların dominant-nondominant PT ve PT/VA değerlerinde güreşçi ve futbolcular arasında genelde anlamlı farklılıklar görülmedi. Ancak, sporcuların dominant/nondominant ekstremitelerde ve tüm açısal hızlardaki PT ve PT/VA ortalama değerlerinin kontrol grubunun değerlerinden yüksek olduğu belirlendi.

Assessment Of Knee Joint Flexion and Extention Muscle Strength Of Wrestler and Footballers With Isokinetic Dynamometer

Abstract:

This study aims to assess the values of the difference of the knee isokinetic peak torque,  hamstring and quadriceps muscle groups of the footballers and wrestlers by measuring the  strength of the isokinetic in 60°/sec and 180°/sec angular speeds.  In this study 20 wrestlers, 20 footballers and 20 control groups (total of 60 subjects) were  participated. The participants in this study, must do their sporting activity 5 days in a week  and active athletes at least for 5 years. Knee flexion/extension muscle strength of the subjects  was measured in 60o/sec and 180o/sec angular speeds and the analysis of the data was  performed by SPSS statistical package program. For comparing isokinetic strengths of  subjects the Tukey multiple comparison tests and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA)  were used.  Statistically significant difference was observed between the control groups and wrestlers  when considering extensor (Q) 60o/sec angular speed of the peak torque values of dominant  and nondominant extremities, wrestlers had higher angular speed than the control groups  (p<0.01). Significant statistical difference was also seen between wrestlers and control  groups as well as footballers and control groups when it is 180o/sec (p<0.01). It was found  out that in 60o/sec and 180o/sec angular speeds extensor (Q) peak torque/body weight values  of dominant extremities of the wrestlers and footballers were higher than that of the control  group (p<0.01).  Between the dominant-nondominant peak torque and peak torque/body weight values of  footballers and wrestlers who participated in this study wasn’t observed any significant  statistical difference.
