Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de 2013-2022 yılları arasında “bakım yükü”, “bakıcı yükü” ya da “aile bakım yükü” üzerine yapılmış lisansüstü çalışmaların sentezini yapmaktır. Bu amaçla Ulusal Tez Veri Tabanına kayıtlı ve izinli olan 152 lisansüstü çalışma incelenmiştir. Yöntem: Araştırma, tanımlayıcı tarama çalışmasıdır. Veriler “bakım yükü”, “bakıcı yükü ve aile”, “bakım yükü ve aile” anahtar kelimeleri ile Ulusal Tez Veri Tabanı’nda taranmıştır. Dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan 152 lisansüstü tez örnekleme dahil edilerek analiz edilmiştir. Veri analizinde çalışmalar; araştırma türü, yayımlandığı tarih, üniversite, enstitü, anabilim dalı, araştırma yöntemi, araştırma modeli, bakım verilen hasta türü, bakım verenin kimliği, örneklem sayısı ve anahtar kelimelere göre gruplandırılmıştır. İçerik analizi ve frekans (f) analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmalardan; 116 tezin yüksek lisans, 21 tezin doktora ve 15 tezin tıpta uzmanlık olduğu görülmüştür. 147 tezin Türkçe ve 5 tezin İngilizce yazıldığı belirlenmiştir. Konunun birçok farklı üniversite tarafından çalışıldığı görülse de en çok yayının Atatürk Üniversitesi (n:12) tarafından yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Alanda en sık “tanımlayıcı” desende (n:124) çalışmaların yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmalarda en fazla hastaya doğrudan temas eden “hasta yakınlarının” bakım yükünün (n:119) ölçüldüğü tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Bu çalışma bakım yükü alanında Türkiye’de son 10 yılda yapılmış olan lisansüstü çalışmaları bütüncül olarak sunması açısından araştırmacılara yol gösterici olacaktır.
The purpose: The aim of this study is to synthesize the graduate studies in Turkey on "care load", "care load" or "family care load" between 2013-2022. For this purpose, 152 postgraduate studies, which are registered and licensed in the National Thesis Database, have been studied. The Method: Research is an identifying scan work. The data is scanned in the National Thesis Database with the keywords "care load", "care load and family", "care load and family". 152 graduate thesis samples that meet the inclusion criteria have been analyzed by inclusion. The studies in data analysis are grouped according to the type of research, the date of publication, the university, the institution, the department of anatomy, the research method, the research model, the type of patient cared for, the identity of the caregiver, the number of samples and the keywords. Content analysis and frequency (f) analysis techniques have been used. The findings: Of the studies, 116 theses were master's, 21 theses were doctor's, and 15 theses were specialized in medicine. There are 147 texts written in Turkish and 5 texts in English. Although the subject has been studied by many different universities, it has been determined that the most publication was made by the Atatürk University (n:12). In the field, the most frequently “identificating” design (n:124) has been identified. Studies have found that the care burden (n:119) of the "patient relatives" who have most direct contact with the patient was measured. The result: This study will be a guide to the researchers in terms of the comprehensive presentation of the undergraduate studies that have been done in the last 10 years in Turkey in the field of maintenance burden.
Objective: This study aims to synthesize the postgraduate studies on "care burden", "caregiver burden" or "family care burden" between 2013 and 2022 in Türkiye. For this purpose, 152 postgraduate studies registered in the National Thesis Database and with permission were examined. Method: The research was designed in qualitative design and data were collected by document analysis technique. The data were searched with the keywords "care burden", "caregiver burden and family", "care burden and family". In this context, 329 studies were reached. For the study, 152 postgraduate theses were analyzed. In data analysis, studies were grouped according to research type, date of publication, university, institute, department, research method, research model, type of patient care for, type of caregiver, number of samples and research results. Content analysis and frequency (f) analysis techniques were used. Findings: When 152 theses conducted in Turkey between 2013 and 2022 were examined, it was seen that 116 theses were master's, 21 theses were doctoral and 15 theses were medical specialty thesess. 147 theses were written in Turkish and 5 in English. Although it was seen that the subject was studied by many different universities, it was determined that most publications were made by Atatürk University (n:12). It was determined that most studies in the field were conducted in a "descriptive" design (n:124). It was determined that the care burden of "patient relatives" (n:119), who had direct contact with the patient, was measured the most in the studies. Conclusion: This study will guide researchers in terms of presenting the postgraduate studies conducted in Türkiye in the last 10 years in the field of burden of care in a holistic manner.
