The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) has been conducting the "4007 Science Festival Support Program" and "4006 TUBITAK Science Fairs Support Program" in order to adopt and encourage science and scientific studies by new generations. Most of the teachers think that students developt themselves cognitively and affectively by exhibiting the results of their research in these fairs and having fun. The aim of this study is to examine the studies conducted in our country on science festivals / fairs, which are considered to be very effective in terms of learning and teaching. For this purpose, a total of 50 studies, 15 of which are postgraduate thesis and 35 of which are articles, were analyzed. The distribution, type (subject), method, research design, study group, data collection tool, data analysis methods / techniques, objectives, results achieved and recommendations in the research conducted with meta-synthesis method from the qualitative research design were examined by classification. As a result, it was seen that the most studies were done as science fair, the most studies were done with secondary school students and the most studies were carried out in 2019. It was observed that the most qualitative studies were included in the studies and the case (phenomenological) research design was used in these studies, the semi-experimental design was used in all of the quantitative studies. It has also been determined that content analysis is the most used method as an analysis method. In the general purposes of the studies, mostly the effects of science fairs and science festivals on students' interest, motivation and attitudes toward sscience were examined. It has been revealed that the studies made have a positive contribution to students' interest, motivation and attitudes towards science, as well as to their scientific process skills. In addition suggestions are presentedal so about the obstacles, negativ esituations and solutions related to the process in these studies.
