Abstract:

The game is an area that provides both physiological and psychological development. When the development is provided, the connection established with the child is the subject of therapy. The child begins to communicate and interact with therapy. This research included games, history of the game, different models of game therapy and social emotional development in childhood. The aim of this study is to study the postgraduate thesis studies that study the impact of different game therapy models on the social emotional development of children. The research used the literary scan method, in this context 2000-2020 years of the Higher Education Council Thesis Center found in the database and open to access (autorised) graduate theses were studied. In this field, the thesis studies have been observed using experimental and semi-experimental research methods throughout. When the findings of the studies are studied in detail, different game therapy models have a positive impact on the social emotional development of children.
