İnsanoğlu, var olduğundan beri çevresiyle iletişim kurmuş, edinimlerini kendinden sonrakilere aktarmak istemiş ve bunu sözlü ve yazılı iletişim yollarıyla gerçekleştirebilmiştir. İnsanoğlunun, yüzyıllarca sözlü ve yazılı ortamda taşıdığı kültürel unsurlar için, teknolojik icatlarla birlikte yeni bir aktarım alanı doğmuştur. 19. yy.dan itibaren hayatımızda yer etmeye başlayan medya araçları kültürün yayılmasını başka bir boyuta taşımıştır.
Bu çalışmada, TRT’nin çocuk temalı kanalı TRT Çocuk’ta gösterimde olan “Aybek” adlı çizgi film ele alınmış, kültürel unsurların aktarımında elektronik ortamın rolünün, bu yapım üzerinden değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla çizgi filmin yapımcısı ile görüşülerek yapımın yaratım-üretim süreci hakkında bilgi edinilmiştir. Çizgi filmin bölümleri içerik çözümleme yoluyla incelenerek referans alınan kültürel unsurlar belirlenmiş, bunların yapıma nasıl ve hangi özellikleriyle konu edildiği değerlendirilmiştir. Buna göre geleneksel iletişim yöntemlerine nazaran daha hızlı ve geniş bir etki potansiyeli sunan elektronik ortamdaki Aybek çizgi filminin kültürün taşınmasına hizmet ettiği, sözlü kültür dönemine ait mekân tasarımı sayesinde geleneksel bilginin kendi bağlamı içinde izleyiciye yansıtıldığı tespit edilmiştir.
The Son of man has communicated with his surroundings since his existence, he has wanted to transfer his acquisitions to the subsequent, and he has been able to do so through oral and written communication. For the cultural elements that humanity has carried in the verbal and written environment for centuries, a new field of transmission has been born along with technological inventions. From the 19th century, the media tools that began to appear in our lives have moved the spread of culture to another dimension.
In this study, TRT’s children’s theme channel TRT Child’s show was addressed by the cartoon “Aybek”, the role of the electronic environment in the transmission of cultural elements, aimed at assessing through this production. For this purpose, consultation with the cartoon producer has been obtained information about the creation-production process. The part of the cartoon is studied through content analysis and the cultural elements referred to have been determined, how and with what characteristics they are subjected to the construction. According to this, the Aybek cartoon in the electronic environment, which offers a faster and wider impact potential than the traditional communication methods, serves to the movement of culture, and the space design of the oral culture period has been found that the traditional knowledge is reflected to the audience within its context.

In this study, the animated series "Aybek," which is broadcast on TRT Çocuk, TRT's children-themed channel, was discussed, and the role of electronic media in the transmission of cultural elements was evaluated through this production. In order to achieve this goal, information about the creation-production process of the series was obtained through an interview with the producer. The episodes of the animated series were analyzed through content analysis to determine the cultural elements referred to, and how and with what characteristics they were addressed in the production was evaluated. Accordingly, it was determined that Aybek in the electronic environment, which offers a faster and wider potential impact compared to traditional communication methods, serves the transportation of culture. Furthermore, it was found that traditional knowledge is reflected to the audience within its own context through the spatial design belonging to the oral culture period.
