The purpose of this study, is to examine job satisfaction of bank employees in the Turkish banking sector. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 485 bank employee. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and nonparametric hypothesis tests were applied with the obtained data. As a result of EFA, including these three factors, extrinsic job satisfaction, intrinsic job satisfaction and supervision were obtained. In terms of the dimensions of job satisfaction, the relationship between gender, bank types and years of experience groups were examined with applied non-parametric hypothesis testing.
