This study aims to investigate the relationship and interaction between the transformational, transactional, laissez-faire leadership styles and intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. At the same time, the relationship between some demographic factors and job satisfaction and leadership style perception was studied. The sample group of the research is composed of 100 bank employees who are active in the district center of Silifke. In the scope of the study, survey method was used for data collection and convenvience sampling method has been applied in the study. Statstical methods used in this research can be summarized as Pearson Correlation test, Student t test one way ANOVA, canonical correlations tests and regression analysses which were performed by using IBM SPSS 24 Demo Version. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the transformational leadership perception is the most important leadership style affecting intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction and that transactional leadership and laissez-faire leadership styles are not effective on extrinsic job satisfaction
