Abstract:

Bu çalışma ile örgütlerde bir iş tasarım tekniği olarak rotasyon uygulamaları ile iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyerek; etkin, verimli ve iş tatmini sağlayacak bir rotasyon modeli sunmak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu çerçevede; öncelikle rotasyon ve iş tatmini kavramları ana hatlarıyla incelenmekte ve rotasyon uygulamasında Hackman ve Oldham’ın İş Özellikleri Modeli temel alınarak iş tatminini artıracak unsurlar üzerinde durulmaktadır. Çalışmanın devamında ise, rotasyon ve iş tatmini ilişkisi Vroom’un Beklenti Kuramı ile açıklanmaya çalışılmakta ve bu ilişki çeşitli görgül araştırmalarla desteklenmeye çalışılmaktadır. Son olarak bir kamu kurumunda yapılan nitel bir araştırma ile elde edilen bulgular ışığında bir rotasyon modeli önerisi sunulmaktadır.

Abstract:

This study is aimed at studying the relationship between rotating practices and business satisfaction as a business design technique in organizations; it is aimed at presenting a rotating model that will provide work satisfaction. In this framework, the concepts of rotation and business satisfaction are first studied with their main lines and the rotation application focuses on the elements that will increase business satisfaction based on the Hackman and Oldham's Business Features Model. In the continuation of the study, the relationship between rotation and business satisfaction is attempted to be explained with Vroom's Theory of Expectation, and this relationship is attempted to be supported by various visual research. Finally, in light of the findings obtained by a qualified research conducted in a public institution, a rotating model is proposed.
