The view that the role of gender in explaining criminal behavior cannot be evaluated only with a deterministic approach reflects epistemological concerns on the one hand and represents a real phenomenon in crime statistics on the other hand. Two basic questions explaining the relationship between Feminism and Criminology, it has come to the fore with the determinations about why women commit less crime than men and the reasons for the crime. The aim of this study is to reveal the general phenomenon of female delinquency, which has been the subject of research in the last century, through statistical data and to associate it with periodic determinations. In the research, while seeking an answer to the point of female delinquency in Turkey, it was examined whether there was an increase in crime rates. The aim of the study is to evaluate the propositions created through critical models with a statistical approach and to test the qualitative change in female delinquency under the leadership of theoretical perspectives. In this context, the importance levels of socio-economic status indicators (age, education level, marital status, type of crime) in the research were discovered through frequency levels with loglinear analysis. When the periodic characteristics of female criminality in the last ten years in terms of socio-economic status indicators are examined, it is seen that theft and drug production and trafficking crimes come to the fore. In addition, it has been determined that the reasons related to early age ranges, low education level and marital status are important in terms of female criminality. It is evaluated that the research will contribute to the determination of the attributes that are important in terms of the literature.
