This study was carried out in order to determine the financial literacy levels of the students of Recep Tayyip Erdogan University Findikli School of Applied Sciences, Finance and Banking Department and Faculty of Theology. For this purpose, the data obtained from the surveys conduct on 425 students were subjected to t-test and ANOVA test. It has been determined that there are significant differences between the financial literacy of the students according to their gender, age, departments, classes, family income levels, and credit card use. It has been determined that the financial literacy level of the students studying in the preparatory class is lower than the students in the 3rd grade and 5th and above grades. It has been concluded that the financial literacy levels of those with a family income between 7501-9000 TL are higher than those with an income of 3000 TL and below, and those with an income between 3001-4500 TL. In addition, it was determined that the Finance and Banking Department students have financially literate on 63% rate and the Theology Department students have financially literate on 52% rate.
