Abstract:

Immigration comes to us as a human phenomenon and feels its existence in every stage of life. This concept brings with it conceptual statutes such as the refugee, the refugee issue to the wise. As the situation of the crisis in Syria, which took place in the south of Turkey, has become severe, the people who live there have left their countries and come into a refugee position in other countries. Turkey is following the "open door policy" in this regard, opening its doors to Syrian refugees and establishing many province residence centers, providing all kinds of support to those in need in matters such as residence, nutrition, health, safety. In the study, from the point of view of Syrian refugees, information will be given about which country they go, the reasons for preferring that country, the rights and freedoms, the ways of adaptation in the cultural and linguistic sense, the importance of factors such as their socio-cultural, psychological conditions, and their influential and affected conditions. As an excellent example, the work of the Turkish Reday and the question of how it manages humanitarian assistance logistics operations will be given information about the logistics processes and the humanitarian assistance organization will be discussed in the light of the talks with the authorities.

As the crisis in Syria has become severe, the people living there have had flee their country and become refugees in other countries. Turkey regarding this issue opted for an ‘open door policy’ opens the doors to Syrian refugees by establishing shelter centers, housing, nutrition, health, provide all kinds of support on issues such as security to the needy in several provinces. In the study, when the Syrian refugees are examined in terms of the country they visited, their rights and freedoms, the way of adaptation in terms of culture and language, sociocultural and psychological status, the importance of these such factors will be taken in to account. In order for it a perfect example, information will be given on the logistics processes and the humanitarian aid organization will be discussed in light of the question of how Turkish Red Crescent manages the humanitarian logistics operations.
