Hz. Peygamber’in sözlerinin rivayet yoluyla aktarılmaya başlanması, Kur’ân-Sünnet ilişkisine dair yaklaşımları, bilgi değeri meselesini merkeze alan metodik bir zemine çekmiştir. Hadisçiler, hadis/sünneti haber-i vâhid olduğu gerekçesiyle geçersiz sayma eğilimindeki kesimlere itiraz etmişler, sünnetin mübeyyin vasfını vurgulamışlardır. Kelâmcılara ve ehl-i re’ye karşı itikadî ve fıkhî meselelerin nakle dayandırılması gerektiğini, bu yönde telif ettikleri eserlerinde göstermişlerdir. Ancak hicrî ilk dört asırda tasnif edilen hadis eserlerinin, aynı zamanda hadisle ilgili tartışmalara bir cevap niteliği taşıdıkları halde neredeyse hiç müstakil âyete yer vermemeleri ilginçtir. Peki bunun sebebi nedir? Öte yandan, hadisçiler arasında bab başlıklarında âyetlere çokça yer veren Buhârî’nin bu istisnai tavrı nasıl yorumlanmalıdır? Çalışmada, rivayetü’l-hadîs eserlerinde müstakil olarak âyet zikretme ihtiyacının hissedilmemesinde sünnetin Kur’ân’ın muhtevasını ihtiva ettiği düşüncesinin etkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Buhârî’nin istisnai tavrının temel sebeplerinden birinin de sıhhat şartlarından dolayı eserine alamadığı hadislerin muhtevasını âyetlerle karşılamak olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Approaches to the relationship between the Qur’an and sunnah has gained a methodical basis due to the fact that the words of the Prophet began to be transmitted through narration. Hadith scholars generally wrote their Works on controversial topics. However, It is interesting that hadith works written in the first four centuries of Hijri -at the same time, they are an answer to the debate about the source value of the hadith- almost never included a separate verse. So what is the reason for this? On the other hand, how should be interpreted this exceptional attitude of Bukhari, who gives a lot of place to verses in chapter titles? In the study, it was concluded that the idea that the sunnah encompasses the content of the Qur’an is effective on the absence of the need to cite verses independently in the works of hadith. It was determined that one of the main reasons for Bukhari’s exceptional attitude is to make up for the content of the hadiths that he could not include in his work due to the requirements of authenticity, with verses.
