The primary purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Turkish consumers' decision-making manners on organic food buying. At the same time, testing the relationship between consumer decision-making manner with demographic variables and organic food buying constitutes the sub-objectives of the study. In order to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants a personal questionnaire, Consumer Manner Inventory developed by Sproles & Kendall (1986) and a questionnaire consisting of organic food buying intentions, health consciousness and environmental awareness factors was used. The questionnaire was applied to 437 consumers head to head and online. The data was analyzed in SPSS 22.0 package program and interpreted. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that the dimensions of consumer decision-making manner (perfectionism, price orientation, shopping without thinking and habit) affect organic food buying. Also, there are differences in consumer decision-making manners with consumers' demographic characteristics and organic food buying.
