Public business and entrepreneurial state theories and the role of the state in the economy are defined as the promotion of the activities of the private sector, while at the end of the 1990s the concept of management has also included global actors in this recognition. Global actors such as the World Bank, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU) are formulating the government’s mission to increase trade efficiency by using governance models in the direction of strengthening the market economy and supporting the private sector. Standardization is one of the key fields of policy guidance for global actors with the increased impact of trade efficiency and on global trade. Global decision makers such as the WTO, the United Nations and the EU aim to improve the efficiency of the standardization system and develop global trade, increase industry competitiveness, regulate the legislative infrastructure in favour of the private sector and ensure international consistency in trade. This article introduced the standardization system in parallel with the management theories of global actors in the entry section, while in the sections it presented to the reader the standardization strategies of global actors, and through these documents it reveals the management policies of international decision-makers.
