Bu çalışmada Fitnes merkezlerine giden insanların boş zaman yolu ile stresle baş edebilme Stratejilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Fitnes merkezlerine giden 321 kişiye “Boş Zaman Yolu ile Stresle Baş Etme Strateji Ölçeği” antrenmanlardan önce doldurtulmuştur. İstatistiksel işlemlerde İkili karşılaştırmalarda Bağımsız t- testi ve çoklu karşılaştırmalarda tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve farklılığın tespiti içinde LSD testleri uygulanmıştır. Yaş kategorisine göre boş zaman stratejisi alt ölçekler arkadaşlık, geçici baş edebilme, ruh hali ve toplam puanda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Gelir durumu ve medeni duruma göre boş zaman stratejisi alt ölçek ve toplam puanları karşılaştırılmasında tüm alt ölçeklerde ve toplam ölçek puanda anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Fitnes merkezlerine spor yapma amaçlı gidenlerin boş zaman yolu ile stresle baş edebilme stratejileri yaş kategori, gelir, çocuk sayısı ve medeni duruma göre değiştiği ve Fitnes merkezlerine spor yapma amaçlı gidenlere boş zaman yolu ile stresle baş edebilme ve ruh halini iyileştirebilme konularında açıklayıcı bilgiler verilebilir.
This study aims to study the strategies for people who go to the fitness centers to cope with stress through their free time. 321 people to the fitness centers have been filled with the "Strategic Scale to Deal with Stress with the Free Time Way" training. In statistical processes, the independent t-test in binary comparisons and the one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) in multiple comparisons and the discernment of differences were applied in LSD tests. Based on the age category, the free time strategy has found statistically significant differences in the scales of friendship, temporary capacity, mood and total score (p<0,05). According to the income status and the civic status, a significant difference was found in the comparison of the low scale and total scale points of the free time strategy in all the low scales and total scale points (p<0,05). The strategies of dealing with stress through free time for those who go to fitness centers can be given explanatory information on how to deal with stress through free time and how to improve mood for those who go to fitness centers and how to deal with stress through free time and how to improve their mood.
In this study, it is aimed to examine the strategies of people who go to fitness centers to cope with stress by leisure time. "Strategy Scale for Coping with Stress with Leisure Time" was completed to 321 people who went to the fitness centers before the training. In statistical processes, Independent t-test in binary comparisons and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) in multiple comparisons and LSD tests in determination of difference.There was a statistically significant difference in leisure strategy subscales, friendship, coping, mood and total score by age category (p <0.05). A significant difference was found in all subscales and total scale scores in comparison of leisure strategy subscale and total scores according to income status and marital status (p <0.05).Descriptive information can be given to those who go to fitness centers for sports purposes, and their strategies to cope with stress by age category, income, number of children and marital status vary, and those who go to fitness centers to do sports with leisure time can cope with stress and improve their mood.
