The aim of the study is to reveal the views of teachers working in Reggio Emilia inspired schools about their experiences in the process. The study group of the research consists of 10 teachers working in Reggio Emilia inspired schools. They were determined using criterion sampling, which is a purposeful sampling method. In this research, basic qualitative research design, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used and the collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. According to the research findings, the participants defined the Reggio Emilia approach in terms of the child and the program. In addition, the teachers stated that they created the classroom rules together with the children, and that the classroom arrangement changed in line with the interests of the children in the process. While evaluating the program, they emphasized that the program was not pre-planned and had no sharp lines, and it was exciting for the teacher and the child to have a program that was formed spontaneously in line with the curiosity of the children. Teachers stated that they had difficulty in getting involved in the process and creating documentation when they were alone in the classroom.
