Bu araştırmanın amacı, Gençlik kampı liderlerinin takım çalışmasına yatkınlıklarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı gençlik kamplarında görev yapan liderler oluştururken, örneklem grubunu ise bu liderler arasından kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen yaş ortalamaları (23,50 ± 2,75) 94 erkek, 124 kadın olmak üzere toplamda 218 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmadaki veriler Tuncer (2008) tarafından geliştirilen “Takım Çalışmasına Yatkınlık Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Grupların homojenliği ve varyansları test edilmiş, ikili karşılaştırmalarda Independent Samples T testi ve çoklu karşılaştırmalarda One-Way Anova, farklılık kaynağının tespitinde Post Hoc-Bonferroni testi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Gençlik kampı liderlerinin takım çalışmasına yatkınlıklarında cinsiyet ve liderlik kategorisine göre anlamlı değişimler (p<0,05) söz konusuyken, yaş ve liderlik süresi değişkenine göre anlamlı değişimler söz konusu değildir (p>0,05). Bu çalışma özelinde Takım Çalışmasına Yatkınlık Ölçeği pozitif madde ortalama değerleri 3,63 ± ,438 iken, negatif madde ortalama değerleri 2,92 ± ,433 bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen tüm değerlere bakarak gençlik kampı liderlerinin takım çalışmasına yatkınlıklarının orta düzeyde olduğu, güven ile iş birliği ve ekip çalışmasında başarılı oldukları ancak problemi teşhis boyutunda ise biraz daha gelişime ihtiyaçları olduğunu söylemek mümkündür.
The aim of this study is to study the tendencies of youth camp leaders to teamwork. The universe of the research is made up of leaders who work in youth camps by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, while the sample group is made up of a total of 218 people, including 94 men and 124 women, with the average age chosen by easy sample method (23,50 ± 2,75) among these leaders. The data in the study was collected with the "Teamwork Admissibility Scale" developed by Tuncer (2008). The homogenity and variations of the groups have been tested, the Independent Samples T test in two comparisons and the One-Way Anova test in multiple comparisons, the Post Hoc-Bonferroni test in the discovery of the source of differences. As a result, the youth camp leaders have significant changes in their tendencies to teamwork according to gender and leadership category (p<0,05) and no significant changes according to age and leadership period variables (p>0,05). In this study, the average value of the positive substance was 3,63 ± 438 while the average value of the negative substance was 2,92 ± 433 . Looking at all the values obtained by the research, it is possible to say that the youth camp leaders have a middle-level tendency to teamwork, they are successful in trust and cooperation and teamwork; but in the diagnosis scale, they need a little more development.
The universe of this research, which examines the tendency of youth camp leaders to teamwork, is the leaders serving in the youth camps of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The sample group consists of 94 men and 124 women with a mean age (23,50 ± 2,75) selected by the easy sampling method among these leaders. The data in the study were collected through the “Team Work Tendency Scale” developed by Tuncer (2008). The homogeneity and variance of the groups were tested and Independent Samples T test was used in binary comparisons, One-Way Anova test was used in multiple comparisons, Post Hoc-Bonferroni test was used to determine the roots of difference. As a result; while there is a significant change (p<0,05) in terms of gender and leadership category in the tendency of youth camp leaders to team work, there are no significant changes in terms of age and leadership time variable (p>0,05). In this study, while the mean values of the positive item of the Team Study Tendency Scale were 3,63 ± ,438, the negative item mean values were found 2,92 ± ,433. As a result of the research, by looking at all the values obtained, it is possible to say that youth camp leaders' tendency to team work is moderate, they are successful in trust, cooperation and team work; however, they need a little more improvement in diagnosing the problem.
