Bu araştırma Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde eğitim kurumlarda çalışan öğretmenlerin öğrenci sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda görüşlerini tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu çalışma ile ülkemizin eğitim kurumlarındaki eksikliklerin belirlenmesi ve giderilmesi için gerekli önlemlerin alınması beklenmektedir. Araştırmada olgu bilim deseni yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Diyarbakır ili Yenişehir ve Kayapınar ilçe sınırları içerisinde yer alan ilköğretim okullarında çalışan öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Nitel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı bu araştırmada veriler, yarı yapılandırılmış ve yönlendirici olmayan görüşme tekniği ile ilköğretim okullarında çalışan 20 öğretmenden elde edilmiştir. Veri toplama sürecinin detaylı bir şekilde anlatılmasıyla ve katılımcıların verdiği cevaplardan doğrudan alıntılar verilmek suretiyle geçerlik ve güvenirlik sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda öğretmenler öğrenci sağlığı ve güvenliği ile alakalı tüm eğitim paydaşlarına eğitimler verilmesi ve velilerin salgınlar ile alakalı sürekli bilgilendirilmesi gerektiğini vurgulamışlardır. "Okulun tüm kullanım alanlarını dezenfekte etmek, okul bahçesinde yapılacak toplu törenleri en aza indirmek, koruyucu tedbirlerin alınması" gibi ifadelerin ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. Aynı zamanda kişisel temizlik gibi önleyici tedbirlerin veli iş birliği ile yürütülmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.
This study aims to identify the opinions of teachers working in educational institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic process on the health and safety of students. This study is expected to take the necessary measures to identify and eliminate the deficiencies in our country’s educational institutions. In research, the scientific method was used. Research 2021-2022 educational year consists of teachers working in primary schools located within the boundaries of Diyarbakır or Yenişehir and Kayapınar district. In this study, which uses the quality research method, the data was obtained from 20 teachers working in primary schools with a semi-structured and non-oriented conversation technique. The process of data collection was tried to be valid and reliable by detailed description and by direct quotes from the participants' answers. According to the study, teachers have emphasized that all educational stakeholders concerned with the health and safety of students should be trained and the guardians should be constantly informed about the epidemic. "That's how to disinfect all the use areas of the school, minimize the collective ceremonies to be held in the school garden, take protective measures" appears to be in the forefront. It is also emphasized that preventive measures such as personal cleaning should be carried out in co-operation.
This study aims to determine the views of teachers, working in educational institutions, on student health and safety during the Covid-19 pandemic process. With this study, it is expected that necessary measures should be taken to identify and eliminate deficiencies of the educational institutions of our country. In the study, phenomenological design method was used. The study consists of teachers working in primary schools located within the borders of Yenişehir and Kayapınar districts of Diyarbakır province in the 2021-2022 academic year. In this study, in which the qualitative research method was used, the data were obtained from 20 teachers working in primary schools by the semi-structured and non-directive interview technique. Validity and reliability were tried to be ensure by explaining the data collection process in detail and citing direct quotations from answers given by the participants. As a result of the study, the teachers emphasized that education should be given to all education stakeholders related to student health and safety, and that Parents should be constantly informed about epidemics about epidemics. It is seen that expressions such as "disinfecting all usage areas of the school, minimizing the public (mass) ceremonies to be held in the school garden, and taking protective measures" come to the fore. At the same time, it was emphasized that preventive measures such as personal hygiene should be carried out in cooperation with parents.
