Bu araştırmada ortaokul öğretmenlerinin görüşlerine göre, öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımında okul müdürlerinin sergilediği teknolojik liderlik davranışlarını ve okulda bilgi yönetiminin gerçekleşme düzeylerini teknolojik liderlik davranışları ve bilgi yönetiminin gerçekleşme düzeyleri arasındaki ilişki ve düzeyi teknolojik liderlik davranışlarının bilgi yönetimi gerçekleşme düzeyini yordamasını tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırmada, nicel yöntem betimsel ilişkisel tarama modeline uygun nicel veri toplama ve analizi süreçleri uygulanmıştır. 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde, Ankara Mamak ilçe- sindeki ortaokullarda görevli 442 öğretmen araştırma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Durnalı (2018) tarafınca geliştirilen “Okul Müdürü Teknolojik Liderlik Davranış Ölçeği (OMTLD-Ö)” ve Özgözgü (2015) tarafından geliştirilen “Bilgi Yönetimi Ölçeği (BY-Ö)” aracılığıyla öğretmen görüşleri verilere dönüştürülmüştür. Veri- lerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama gibi betimsel ve t-testi gibi sonuç, anlam ve çıkarım sağlayıcı istatistik teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Temel sonuçlara göre öğret- menler, öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımında okul müdürlerinin sergilediği teknolojik liderlik davranışları toplamı ve boyutlarında “katılıyorum” düzeyinde görüşe sahiptirler. Öğretmenler, ortaokullarda bilgi yönetiminin gerçekleşmesi düzeyleri toplamı ve boyutlarında “katılıyorum” düzeyinde görüşe sahiptirler. Öğretmenlerin teknoloji kullanımında okul müdürlerinin sergilediği teknolojik liderlik davranışları toplamı ve bazı boyutları ile ortaokullarda bilgi yönetiminin gerçekleşme düzeyleri toplamı ve bazı boyutları arasında istatistiki açıdan anlamlı, pozitif yönlü ve ‘çok zayıf’ bir ilişki ve bu ilişkilerin bazılarında yordanma tespit edilmiştir.
This study, according to the views of high school teachers, aims to identify the technological leadership behaviors showed by school managers in the use of technology and the levels of knowledge management in the school; the relationship and level between technological leadership behaviors and the levels of knowledge management; the level of knowledge management behaviors; the level of knowledge management behaviors; the level of knowledge management behaviors. In this study, the quantum method applied quantum data collection and analysis processes in accordance with the visual relative scan model. During the spring period of the 2017-2018 educational year, Ankara Mamak district has formed a 442 teachers' research group in the middle schools. Teacher views have been converted into data through the "School Manager Technology Leadership Behavior Scale (OMTLD-Ö)" developed by Durnalı (2018) and the "Information Management Scale (BY-Ö)" developed by Özgözgü (2015). In the analysis of data, statistical techniques provided results, meaning and output, such as the visual and t-test as the arithmetic average are used. According to the basic outcomes; teachers have a view at the sum and dimensions of the technological leadership behaviors showed by school managers in the use of technology by teachers. Teachers have a view on the sum and size of the levels of the performance of information management in high schools at the level of "acceptance". The sum of the technological leadership behaviors presented by school managers in the use of technology by teachers and the sum of the levels of knowledge management in high schools and some dimensions have been identified as a statistically meaningful, positive and 'very weak' relationship, and in some of these relationships the reversal has been identified.
