Bu araştırmada, sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim programı okuryazarlık düzeyleri ile öğrenme ve öğretme anlayışlarının farklı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin eğitim programı okuryazarlık düzeyleri ve öğrenme öğretme anlayışları arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konulması araştırmanın bir diğer amacı olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma nicel araştırma yöntem ve teknikleri kullanılarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışma kapsamında betimsel tarama modellerinden ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın evreni, 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Muş il merkezinde bulunan resmi ilkokullarda görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Bununla birlikte araştırmanın örneklemi evren içerisinden, kolay ulaşılabilir durum örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak seçilen sınıf öğretmenlerinden meydana gelmektedir. Bu kapsamda 281 sınıf öğretmeni araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak; Bolat (2017) tarafından geliştirilen “Eğitim Program Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği” ve Chan ve Elliot (2004) tarafından oluşturulan ve Aypay (2011) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan “Öğretme ve Öğrenme Anlayışları Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde öncelikle betimsel istatistikler uygulanmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra bağımsız gruplar t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), Bonferroni testi ve Pearson Korelasyon kat sayısı hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Araştırmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim programı okuryazarlıklarının, okuma ve yazma bakımından yüksek düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin; öğrenme ve öğretme anlayışlarının yapılandırmacılık boyutunda yüksek düzeyde olduğu, ölçeğin genelinde ve geleneksel boyutta ise orta düzeyde olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim programı okuryazarlık düzeyleri ile öğrenme ve öğretme anlayışlarının yapılandırmacılık boyutu arasında anlamlı, pozitif ve orta düzeyde bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada ulaşılan bu sonuçlar perspektifinde uygulamaya ilişkin ve araştırmacılara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, the objective is to study the class teachers' educational program according to the different variables of learning and teaching concepts with the level of literature. Furthermore, the identification of the relationship between the teachers' educational program's literary levels and learning teaching concepts has been determined as another purpose of the research. This study was conducted using quantum research methods and techniques. In the framework of the study, the relative scanning method was used from visual scanning models. The universe of this research consists of class teachers working in the official primary schools located in the center of the province of Muş in the 2020-2021 educational year. However, the sample of the research comes from class teachers chosen from the universe, using the easy-to-accessed state sample method. There were 281 teachers involved in this study. As a data collection tool in this study, the "Education Program Reading Scale" developed by Bolat (2017) and the "Education and Learning Understanding Scale" created by Chan and Elliot (2004) and adapted by Aypay (2011) to Turkish. In the analysis of the data, first statistics were applied. In addition, independent groups have been t-tested, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA), Bonferroni test and Pearson Correlation equation number calculations. The research has found that the teachers’ educational program has a high level of literature in reading and writing. The research also found that class teachers have a high level of learning and teaching understanding in the structural dimension and a medium level in the general and traditional dimension. The educational program of class teachers has been determined to be a meaningful, positive and middle-level relationship between the level of literature and the structure of learning and teaching concepts. The findings in the study have been presented in the perspective of application and recommendations to the researchers.
The objective of this study was to assess the curriculum literacy levels of primary school teachers, as well as how well they understood learning and teaching in relation to various variables. Using quantitative research methodologies and methods, this study was undertaken. The relational survey approach, one of the descriptive survey methods, was applied within the parameters of the study. The sample for the study is made up of 281 primary school teachers who were chosen from the group using the simple case sampling method. The research's target population is primary school instructors employed in recognized primary schools in the Muş city center during the 2020–2021 academic year. The "Educational Program Literacy Scale" created by Bolat (2017) and the "Teaching and Learning Concepts Scale" created by Chan and Elliot (2004) and translated into Turkish by Aypay (2011) were utilized in this study as a means of gathering data. Descriptive statistics, the independent groups t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Pearson Correlation analysis were all used in the data analysis. The study found that elementary school teachers have high levels of curriculum literacy in both reading and writing. The education level and frequency of curriculum reviews have no effect on primary school teachers' comprehension of learning and teaching. It has been found that there is a large, a positive, and a moderate association between the constructivism dimension of primary school teachers' concept of learning and teaching and their degrees of curriculum literacy. In light of the research's findings, recommendations for the application and the researchers were made.
