Successful films, by revealing what people think and behave and what they think, teach the reader important facts about the person's situations. In this sense, we can say that there is something beyond entertaining in movies and a good movie is also a good tutorial. It is a fact that scientific researches are of great importance, even if they are not final research data, in the context of the fact that film genres are not fixed patterns and become open to change as a result of the social construction process as a reflection of our social practices. As with all popular products, we can say that film genres contribute by keeping up with a historical context. It is the film analysis in visual descriptions that provides powerful tools for research and allows the phenomenon of reality to be constructed rather than defined in its simplest form. This analysis, which is considered among the natural qualitative data that is considered to be minimally affected by the researchers, is also seen as one of the qualitative methods. In the book Leadership Lessons from the Great Movies, written by John K. Clemens and Melora Wolff, there are also films that emphasize the important points of successful and unsuccessful leadership and feature films in the history of cinema. In this book, which will be discussed in this article, we see that certain skills and talent are exemplified by movie characters in order to become a successful manager and leader. It has been mentioned that leadership is not only dependent on practice and technique, but also on many qualities such as understanding, lovingness, moral understanding, values and emotional balance. The aim of this study is it is to try to explain that movies can go beyond entertaining people and contribute to becoming a more successful leader with the films and special sections discussed in the book "Leadership Lessons from Great Movies". In the examination of the films included in this article, the content analysis method, which is a method for the development of procedures that allow inferences from the texts, was used.
