Abstract:

In this study, Science Knowledge teachers candidates have been studied in the context of the concepts of science teaching (creative-traditional), the curriculum, the learning of students, the methods of teaching and the measurement and evaluation. 3 different educational faculty's science knowledge teaching program registered 3th and 4th class students (n=388) developed with pilot application of 38 subjects the ÖDMY scale of the Gazi University Education Faculty has been applied to 159 teachers candidates in different class levels studying. According to the results of the statistical analysis, it is understood that the higher the class level of teachers are closer to the structural teaching concepts. The teaching process (stage) has come to the conclusion that teachers’ candidates develop structural concepts.
