11-12 Yas Cocuklarda Gorsel ve İsitsel Pas Antrenmanlarinin Futbol Teknik Becerilerine Etkisi

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of visual and auditory pass training on football technical skills of children aged 11-12. The football players (n=101) participating in the study were divided into two groups as experimental and control groups by random sampling method. The experimental group football players participating in the study were subjected to 8-week visual and auditory pass training while continuing their normal training. The experimental group (n=60) football players were randomly divided into 3 groups: the group that trains only with sound, the group that trains only with light, and the group that trains with both sound and light. The control group (n=41), on the other hand, did not undergo any extra training and continued their normal training. Mor-Christian football skill test, Yeagley football skill test and Johnson skill test were applied to the experimental group and control group football players before and after the 8-week study to determine their skill levels. Data analysis was done using SPSS 26.0 program package. According to the pre-test results of the training model of the experimental and control group football players participating in the study, the experimental groups and the control group were compared separately, and no significant difference was found between any of the experimental groups and the control group. When the post-test results of the experimental and control group football players participating in the study were examined according to the training model, a significant difference was found between all the experimental groups and the control group. According to the training model of the experimental group football players, the post-test results were compared within the group and no significant difference was found in the tests. As a result, it was concluded that the visual and auditory pass training given to the experimental group students with the help of SmartSpeed in a programmed manner during the eight-week study period improved their football technical skills, and the visual, auditory and both visual and auditory pass trainings improved their football technical skills to a similar extent.
