Nesh konusu bugün bile üzerinde tartışılan en önemli tefsir problemlerinden biridir. Buna rağmen üzerinde ittifak edilememiş konular arasındadır. Bu konuya tefsir kitaplarında yer verilmesinin yanında, onun üzerinde müstakil çalışmalar da yapılmıştır. Nesh konusuna tefsirinde ayrıntılı bir şekilde yer veren müfessirlerden biri de dönemin en önemli müfessirlerinden biri olan Fahreddin Râzî’dir. Râzî’ye göre nesh, sonradan gelen hükmün (nâsih) önceden gelen hükmü (mensûh) ortadan kaldırmasına denir. Râzî, nesh meselesini şer’i ve aklî yönden benimser. Neshi klasik tasnifte olduğu gibi üç kısma ayırır. Yine o, Kur’an’da neshin varlığını kabul eder. Ancak o, mensûh kabul edilen ayetlerin sayısını daha az gösterme eğilimindedir. Ayrıca ona göre hadis, bazı durumlarda ayetin hükmünü nesh edebilir. Çalışmamızda Râzî’nin hayatı hakkında kısa bir bilgi verdikten sonra nesh konusuna genel olarak değinilecektir. Daha sonra Fahreddin Râzî’nin nesh meselesini nasıl anladığı üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu husus sekiz başlık altında ele alınıp incelenecektir.
The Nesh issue is one of the most important interpretation issues discussed even today. However, it is one of the unconnected issues. One of the inspectors in the interpretation of the subject of Nesh in detail is Fahreddin Râzî, one of the most important inspectors of the time. The issue of Nesh is still one of the most important commentary problems discussed even today. However, it is among the issues that could not be allied. This issue is included in the commentary books, as well as independent studies on it. One of the most important personalities of the period, Fahreddin Râzî, is one of the commentators who gave detailed information about Nesh in his commentary. According to Râzî, nesh is called the abolition of the predecessor (mensûh) by the subsequent provision (nâsih). Râzî adopts the issue of nesh legally and intellectually. The Nesh is divided into three parts as in the classical classification. Again, he accepts the existence of nesh in the Qur'an. However, he tends to show less the number of verses that are considered mensûh. In addition, according to him, the hadith may in some cases nesh the verdict. In our study, after brief information about Râzî's life, the subject of nesh will be discussed in general. It will then focus on how Fahreddin Râzî understood the issue of nesh. This issue will be discussed and examined under eight headings.
