Connected offences rule is regulated in Article 40 of the Turkish Criminal Code. According to the rule; it is necessary that act is executed intentionally and contrary to the laws for responsibility of participants. Participants are not responsible in case of the offence is committed not intentionally and contrary to the laws. For responsibility of participants it is not necessary that perpetrator has imputability, according to connected offence rule Each person participating in commission of an offense is punished according to his involvement in the offense. Firstly general explanation will be made about participation in article, then will be tried to be explained legal characteristic and terms of connected offences rule, participation in particular offences and impact of aggravating and mitigating reasons on participants in participated crimes
