Aile kurumunda başlayan eğitim süreci içinde, değerlerin ve değerler eğitiminin önemi ve yeri büyüktür. Değer; bireyden başlayarak topluma da yön veren kavramların bütünü olarak düşünülebilir. Bireyin davranışları değerler ile şekillendiği için değerlerin eğitimi ailede ve okul hayatında daha ağırlıklı ve önemli olmak üzere hayat boyu devam eden bir süreçtir. Değerler toplumsal hayatı da etkiler. Sözgelimi birlikte yaşama kültürünün belli şartları ve kuralları vardır. Bu şartlar ve kurallar değerleri meydana getirir. İnsan hayatında gerek bireysel gerek toplumsal açıdan bu derece önemli yer tutan değerlerin edebiyat ürünlerinde de yer alması kaçınılmaz bir durumdur. Nitekim edebiyat eserleri de konusunu insandan almaktadırlar. Bu ürünlerde değerleri, değerlerden bazı izleri görmek mümkün olduğu gibi bunlar üzerinden söz konusu değerler de yine o topluma öğretilebilmektedir. Özellikle sözlü edebiyat ürünlerinde değerlere ait pek çok unsur bulunmaktadır. Değerler eğitiminde destan, masal, efsane gibi türler ve âşık tarzı ürünler kullanılabilmektedir. Bunların hepsinde kültürel ve milli birçok değeri tespit etmek mümkündür. Bu türler içinde masalın yeri değerler eğitimi açısından daha önemlidir. Masalların yüklendiği rol ve işlevleri açısından buna daha uygun olduğu söylenebilir. Değerler eğitimine önem veren MEB (2019) bu konuda on kök değer belirleyerek bunu öğretim programına dahil etmiştir. Bu on kök değer üzerinde araştırmacılar çok sayıda çalışma yapmıştır. Edebiyat ürünlerindeki kök değerlerin tespiti üzerine de epeyce çalışma vardır. Araştırmalar ve çalışmalar sonucunda bunların değerler eğitiminde kullanılabileceği ortaya konulmaktadır. Masalların yapısı gereği tüm milletlerin masallarında bazı değerlerden söz etmek mümkündür. Bu makalede de Hakas Türklerinin masalları üzerinde on kök değer araştırılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış, veriler de doküman analizi tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı Hakas Türklerinin Masallarında kök değerlerin tespitidir. İncelenen masal metinlerinde en çok sevgi ve yardımseverlik değeri ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu durum, kardeşlik ve dayanışma duygusunun aşılanmasında Hakas masallarının elverişli olduğunu göstermektedir. Yapılabilen tespitler sonucunda bu değerlerin eğitim sürecinde kullanılabileceği önerilmiştir. Değerler eğitiminde Hakas masalları ve diğer türler de kullanıldığı takdirde Hakas Türkleri ile olan kültürel birliktelik pekişebilir ve ortak kültür ögelerinin tespitine katkı sunulabilir. Ayrıca değerler açısından da ortaklıklar ortaya çıkabilir.
During the education process that begins in the family institution, the importance and place of education of values and values is great. The literary works also take the subject from humans. In these products, the values, the traces of the values can be seen, and the values on them can be taught again to that society. Especially in the oral literature products there are many elements of values. Values education can be used in species such as fairy tales, fairy tales, legends and love-style products. It is possible to identify many cultural and national values in all of these. In these kinds, the place of the story is more important in terms of education values. It can be said that in terms of the roles and functions in which the stories are charged it is more suitable for it. MEB (2019) which focuses on the education of values has included it in the curriculum by determining ten root values in this regard. The researchers have done a lot of research on these ten root values. There is also a lot of work on the identification of root values in literary products. Research and research finds that these values can be used in education. Because of the structure of the fairy tales, it is possible to talk about some values in the fairy tales of all nations. In this article, there are also ten root values on the stories of the Hakas Turks. Qualitative research method is used, the data is also obtained through the document analysis technique. The purpose of the study is to identify the root values in the stories of the Hakas Turks. The most valuable of love and affection is in the first place. This situation shows that Hakas fairy tales are favorable in the vaccination of the feeling of fraternity and solidarity. As a result of the findings, it is suggested that these values may be used in the training process. In the education of values, Hakas fairy tales and other species can also be used to strengthen cultural union with the Hakas Turks and contribute to the identification of common cultural objects. There may also be partnerships in terms of values.

Giving importance to values education, the Ministry of National Education (2019) determined ten root values and included them in the curriculum. Researchers have done many studies on these ten root values. There are also many studies on the determination of root values in literary products. As a result of researches and studies, it is revealed that they can be used in values education. Due to the nature of the tales, it is possible to talk about some values in the tales of all nations. In this article, ten root values on the tales of Khakas Turks were investigated. Qualitative research method was used and data were obtained by document analysis technique. The aim of the study is to determine the root values in the Tales of Khakas Turks. The values of love and benevolence come to the fore the most in the fairy tale texts examined. This shows that Khakas tales are suitable for instilling a sense of brotherhood and solidarity. As a result of the determinations that can be made, it has been suggested that these values can be used in the education process. If Khakas tales and other genres are also used in values education, the cultural unity with Khakas Turks can be strengthened and contribute to the determination of common cultural elements. There may also be partnerships in terms of values.
