İslam düşünce geleneğine baktığımızda bir âlimin sahip olduğu ilmî, tarihî ve mezhebî kimlik ve aidiyetler, onun hem Kur’an vahyine ve metnine hem de bununla bağlantılı olarak kıraat ilmine olan yaklaşımını belirleyen temel parametreleri oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bir âlimin kıraatlere olan yaklaşımını belirlerken öncelikle onun ilmî kişiliğini, mezhebî kimliğini, tarihî aidiyetini, yaşadığı dönemin panoramasını, kıraat telakkisini, Kur’an vahyine ve metnine dair temel tasavvurunu doğru bir şekilde tespit etmek elzemdir. İşte bu gerçeklerden hareketle makalemizde hicrî üçüncü asrın sonuyla dördüncü asrın başı itibariyle Mu‘tezile ’nin önde gelen mütekellim ve müfessirlerinden olan Arap dili, felsefe, tarih, fıkıh, kelam, hadis ve tefsir gibi pek çok sahada eserler te’lif etmiş bulunan ve yaşadığı dönemde “Mu‘tezile ehlinin imamı” gibi vasıflarla nitelendirilen Ebû’l-Kāsım el-Belhî’nin (ö. 319/931) kıraatlere olan yaklaşımı tespit edilmeye gayret edilecektir. Bu yapılırken de bir taraftan onun kıraatlere olan yaklaşımını şekillendiren bireysel, ilmî ve psikolojik zemine, diğer taraftan da tarihî ve sosyolojik zemine ve döneminde var olan kıraat telakkisine dikkat çekilecektir. Bir diğer ifadeyle bu makalede kelâma ve tefsire dair görüşleriyle gerek sünnî gerekse de şiî ekollerin teşekkülünde önemli tesirleri bulunan bir âlim olarak Ebû’l-Kāsım el-Belhî’nin kıraatlere olan yaklaşımının ve kıraatleri kullanım keyfiyyetinin yapı taşları yine onun tefsirinden (tefsirine yapılan atıflardan) hareketle tespit ve inşâ edilmeye çalışılacaktır.
When we look at the Islamic thought tradition, the scientific, historical and religious identity and attributes that a scientist possesses are the basic parameters that determine his approach to both the Qur’an’s revelation and the text as well as the curate knowledge in connection with it. Therefore, when determining the approach of an universe to the currents, it is necessary to first correctly identify his scientific personality, his religious identity, his historical affiliation, the panorama of the time in which he lived, his currents, the basic illustration of the Qur’an and the text.
