Abstract:

Corporate approaches, commercial concerns and power savings related to the media lead to a series of problems related to the performance of their profession in journalism. Those who want to do journalism in accordance with the moral principles of their profession, while working in media organizations, are subjected to various sanctions, including dismissal. The discovery of ways to create an effective alternative media for journalists who are resisting to carry out the journalism profession in accordance with their free will by investigating the possibilities offered by the internet environment and the disclosure of the related problems is the main objective of this article. The research by scanning the relevant literature, by examining the websites and by discussing active journalists, compared to the concept of “Citizen Journalism”, which emerges along with the Internet in journalism, has brought an uncertainty, however increasingly free-working professional journalists are replaced, and professional journalists are able to create a strong alternative to the dominant media by establishing their own media.
