Çin’de 2019 yılı sonlarında ortaya çıkan ve tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan yeni tip koronavirüsün (COVID-19) neden olduğu salgın hastalık, çok sayıda ülkede olduğu gibi ülkemizde de sosyal ve ekonomik hayatı olumsuz yönde etkilemiştir. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından pandemi ilân edilen bu hastalığın önlenmesi ve etkilerinin azaltılması amacıyla, gerek dünyada gerekse ülkemizde çeşitli tedbirler alınmakta, hukukî düzenlemeler yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, COVID-19 salgın hastalığıyla mücadele amacıyla ülkemizde alınan tedbirlerin, yapılan hukukî düzenlemelerin çekteki ibraz sürelerine etkisi üzerinde durulacaktır.
The epidemic disease caused by the new type of coronavirus (COVID-19), which emerged in China in late 2019 and influenced the whole world, adversely affected social and economic life in our country as well as in many other countries. COVID-19 has been declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization, therefore various measures are taken and legal regulations are made both in the world and in our country in order to prevent and reduce the effects of this disease. In this study, we will examine the effect of the legal regulations and measures taken in our country to combat COVID-19 epidemic disease about the periods of representment in cheque.
