Bu çalışmada Osmanlı döneminde Yalakabad nahiyesine bağlı Çınarcık karyesinde artan nüfusa bağlı olarak kurulan yerleşim biriminin, 1724 yılında Kethûda Mehmet Paşa vakfına bağlanması ve vergi gelirlerinin vakfa tahsisi konusunda tanzim edilmiş vakıf tahrir defteri ile 1844-1845 yılları Maliye Nezareti Temettuat Defterleri kıyaslanmıştır. Bölgenin tarım ve ulaştırma alanlarındaki potansiyeli karşılaştırmalı tarih çalışması ile aydınlatılacaktır. Defterlerdeki gelir ve vergi verileri de karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Bölgenin ekonomik performansı ve demografik durumu bu çalışma ile gün yüzüne çıkmıştır. Nüfusun etnik yapısı, mal varlıkları, ticari durumu, denizcilik sektörü, meslekler, tarım faaliyetleri veriler yardımı ile kıyaslanarak incelenmiştir. Vakıf arazisinin tahsisi, bölgenin ekonomik ve coğrafi sınırları tespit edilmiştir. Temettuat defterlerinin öncelikli gayesi ekonomik reformların gerçekleştirilmesidir. Tanzimat döneminde mali sorunların giderilmesi için iktisadi durumdan haberdar olunması elzemdir. Bu amaçla yeni vergi uygulamalarının yaygınlaşması için veriler önemlidir. Tüm üreticilerin gelirleri bu defterlere kaydedilmiştir. Vergi dışı gelirler de yazılmıştır. 1844-1845 Tarihli 5022 Numaralı Temettuat defteri 21 sayfadır. Bu defterde hıristiyan rum tebaanın gelir ve vergi kayıtları bulunmaktadır. 1844-1845 Tarihli 5038 Numaralı Temettuat defteri 18 sayfadır. Bu defterde Müslüman Türk nüfusun gelir ve vergi kayıtları bulunmaktadır. Kethûda Mehmet Paşa vakıf defteri 11 sayfadır. İskan edilenlerin isimleri ve vergi toplamları kayıt edilmiştir. Çınarcık karyesinin coğrafi bölgesinin sınırları vakıf defterine yazılmıştır.
In this study, the settlement unit established depending on the increasing population of the Yalakabad district in the Ottoman period, in 1724 the association with the Kethûda Mehmet Pasha foundation and the tax revenues assigned to the foundation was compared with the 1844-1845 years of the Financial Necessity Temettuat Books. The potential in the area’s agricultural and transportation areas will be illuminated by comparative date study. Revenue and tax data in the records are also comparatively analyzed. The economic performance and demographic status of the region have been highlighted with this study. The population’s ethnic structure, property assets, commercial status, maritime sector, professions, agricultural activities have been studied by comparing with the help of data. The allocation of the foundation land, the economic and geographical boundaries of the region have been identified. The main objective of the Fundamentals is the implementation of economic reforms. It is important to be aware of the economic situation in the Tanzimat period to resolve financial problems. For this purpose, data is important for the spread of new tax practices. The income of all producers is recorded in these records. Non-tax revenues are also written. The 1844-1845 Temettuat Book No. 5022 is 21 pages. This book contains the income of the Christian rum and tax records. The 1844-1845 Temettuat Book No. 5038 contains 18 pages. This book contains the income and tax records of the Muslim Turkish population. The foundation book of Kethûda Mehmet Paşa is 11 pages. The names of those who have been admitted and the tax sum are recorded. The limits of the geographical area of the Chernobyl square are written in the foundation book.
In this study, the settlement book of Çınarcık village, which was established in the Ottoman period under the Yalakabad township, which was established as a result of the increasing population, and the foundation registry book of 1844-1845.
