Kasîde-i Emâlî, günümüzde Kırgızistan sınırları içerisindeki Oş (Ûş) şehrinde dünyaya gelen Siracüddin Ali b. Osman el-Ûşî (ö. 575/1179) tarafından, Mâtüridiyye akâidine dair kaleme alınan manzum bir eserdir. Hacim itibarıyla kısa bir eser olmakla beraber veciz üslûbu, kolay öğrenilerek ezberlenebilmesi sayesinde çokça rağbet görmüş, İslâm dünyasında büyük bir şöhret kazanmıştır. Pek çok defa istinsâh edilen; Arapça, Farsça, Türkçe tercüme ve şerhlere konu olan el-Emâlî üzerinde yapılan çalışmalardan birisi de Mustafa Na‘tî’ye (ö. 1130/1718) aittir. İstanbullu olup Defterdâr Hüseyin Paşa’nın oğlu olan Mustafa Na‘tî, eğitimini Enderun’da tamamlamış, silahdâr kâtibi olarak katıldığı Mora Seferi’ndeki hastalığına kadar çeşitli görevlerde bulunmuştur. Pek çok şiirinde Hz. Peygamber övgüsünü konu edinmesi sebebiyle Na‘tî mahlasını alan şairin Tahmîs-i Kasîde-i Emâlî’si üzerinde, tespit edebildiğimiz kadarıyla herhangi bir çalışma yapılmamıştır. Bu tebliğimizde, Ûşî’nin Emâlî Kasîdesî’nin her bir beytinin üstüne aynı ölçü ve uyakta üçer mısra eklenerek yazılmış olan bu tahmîsin biçim ve içerik özellikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş, bunun yanında tahmîsin transkripsiyonlu tam metni de sunulmuştur. Mustafa Na‘tî eserine, mensûr edebî bir mukaddime ile başlamış, altmış yedi bentlik manzûm bölümden sonra, tahmîsi tamamlamış olmasından dolayı Allah’a hamd ü senâ ettiği, yine süslü nesir özellikleri gösteren bir hâtime ile manzûmesini sonlandırmıştır. Na‘tî’nin eklemiş olduğu mısraların, kimi zaman tercüme özelliği gösterdiği, genel manada ise kasîdenin beyitleriyle anlam ve ifade gücü bakımından kaynaşarak âhenkli bir bütün meydana getirdiği görülür. Bütün bu özellikleriyle Mustafa Na‘tî’nin Tahmîs-i Kasîde-i Emâlî’si, -mukaddime kısmında da belirtildiği üzere- tercüme ve şerh geleneğimiz içerisinde değerlendirilmesi gereken akâid-nâme türünde yazılmış orijinal bir manzumedir.
