So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Din Görevlilerinde Mesleki Memnuniyet Algısı: Sivas Örneği

Abstract:

Bu araştırmada Sivas’ta görev yapan din görevlilerinin mesleklerine dair değerlendirmeleri, varsa meslekleriyle ilgili çelişkileri diğer bir deyişle mesleki memnuniyetleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca mesleki memnuniyetle yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim ve dini inanç düzeyi gibi değişkenler arasındaki ilişki de burada araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu, Sivas'ta görev yapan ve tesadüfi yöntemle seçilen 267 din görevlisi oluşturmuştur. Ölçme aracı olarak Üzeyir Ok'un “ilahiyatçı ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Korelasyon analiz yönteminin kullanıldığı mesleki memnuniyet algısının bazı boyutları ile gelir düzeyi  arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur.
