Uncertainties in the political, economic and social spheres of the new independent Russian society in the 1990s were replaced with the consensus in the Kremlin’s foreign policy strategies in international system since the beginning of 2000s. Russian foreign policy toward to its so-called Near Abroad geographies in the post-Soviet South Caucasus and Central Asian regions since the Vladimir Putin’s presidency period became more realistic compared to its predecessors.
