Abstract One of the significant factors in ensuring and increasing the continuity of quality of life is a healthy diet. A significant part of today's research is to bring an important critical perspective on the negative effects of all kinds of chemicals and genetically modified organisms used to increase efficiency in food production on living health and ecological sustainability. This situation causes some of the consumers to look for alternatives to conventional production methods for reasons such as health concerns and environmental sensitivities. Organic food is one of the food production methods that has emerged as an alternative to food products produced by conventional methods. Research shows that consumers who feed on organic food products are forming a growing mass/group. For this reason, it is necessary to closely recognize their expectations and preferences as consumers. This research was carried out to examine the effects of organic food consumers' eating habits on their holiday accommodation preferences. Within the scope of the research, the concept of organic food was examined and then an original questionnaire was developed in line with the hypotheses and the hypotheses were analyzed. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that organic food consumers want to continue their consumption of organic food during the holiday period and this has a significant effect on the choice of accommodation.
