It is common fact Islamic law system underlines private property rights as one of the fundamental issues. However, this should not be regarded as if private property offers unlimited right of acting among the Islamic rules so property owners have to obey the entire procedures and rules set by the Islamic law system when they faced any issues containing their properties. It is known that one of the most significant principles covering personal property is that men must be aware of the certain rules, brought by sharia i.e canonic laws. Any kind of properties, products, or objects being suitable this canonic law is regarded as “mutaqawwam”. For example, the consumption and consumption of some foods or objects were forbidden by Islamic rules so they are not regarded as “mutaqawwam”. Even the matter of “mutaqawwam” literally explained according to Islamic rules, there have been some conflicting arguments about the characteristics of “mutaqawwam” matters. Therefore in this article, fundamental features of the materials for whether they are suitable to trade or consumption were not only described but also comparatively evaluated. Moreover, it is mentioned that even the materials being forbidden to trade such as pigs, filthy animals on Islamic law were clearly listed on fıqh texts, some of them are seen as that they are still traded by being integrated within some other materials.
