This study aims to measure the effect of work-family enrichment on life satisfaction, career satisfaction and the perception of overwork. The research covers all bank employees in the city center of Isparta. Questionnaire method was used in the research, and the data were obtained by easy sampling. 200 bank employees participated in the study. In research Carlson et al. (2006), the work-family enrichment scale developed by Kaçmar et al. (2014) was used in the short form created. In order to measure life satisfaction, Diener et al. (1985), for career satisfaction, Greenhaus et al. (1990) and the workload excess scale developed by Imosili (1985) was used to measure the workload excess. In addition, some demographic questions such as gender, marital status, number of children and type of institution were included. In the study, regression analysis, correlation analysis and t test were used to measure whether the dependent variable differs according to demographic characteristics. SPSS 22.0 program was used in the analysis of the collected data. As a result of the research According to the correlation analysis, work-family enrichment It has been revealed that there is a positive relationship with career and life satisfaction and a negative relationship with excess workload. According to the regression analysis, it was concluded that enrichment from work to family affects career satisfaction, life satisfaction and perception of excess workload, while enrichment from family to work affects bank employees' career and life satisfaction and perception of workload excess. Also, it was concluded that the work-family enrichment may differ according to the working status of the spouse of the bank staff, the type of institution, the structure and the unit they work in.
